Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with different kinds of cuisine Willing to be assigned in Bolinao Pangasinan KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directs, supervises, monitors and controls all production activities in the kitchen. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans and organizes all production activities identifies operating requirements. Checks prepared work schedule of the kitchen staff. Ensures that production meets quality standards and complies with standard operating procedures. Supervises the proper inventory of stocks. Checks, signs, and investigates spoilage and accident/ damage report. Sees to it that food preparation is done in accordance with the standard recipe. Evaluates and supervises the performance of kitchen staff. Ensures discipline among kitchen personnel and takes appropriate disciplinary action against erring staff. Conducts operation meetings with staff to discuss new promotions and resolve operational problems. Inspects staff grooming and hygiene. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
