Dear Members, Following the updated GCQ guidelines issued by the government on June 15, 2021 allowing fitness centers to operate at 20% capacity, we are pleased to announce that ALL Fitness First clubs will be reopening tomorrow, June 16, following adjusted operating hours. If you wish to extend the freeze period of your account, please send us an email at ph.membersupport@fitnessfirst.com.ph on or before June 18, 2021 so we can process your request. Otherwise, we will continue to reactivate your membership and resume your billing accordingly. Please be advised that only individual workouts are allowed when we reopen. In-club group fitness classes will not be available at this time as per current government restrictions; however, you can still join your favorite group fitness classes on Virtual Studio. We are also happy to inform you that the following clubs have been granted the Safety Seal certificate by their respective local government units: Platinum Greenhills, Megamall, Platinum Aura, Platinum Alabang, and Mall of Asia. This affirms that our clubs are compliant with the public health standards set by the government. We are expecting to complete the certification for the rest of the clubs in the coming days.
