To truly enjoy Matcha, start with good quality matcha powder. A lot of matcha available in the market may not be even real matcha! Good quality matcha is identified by its bright green color, fresh “green” or vegetal notes, rich in umami, and a natural sweetness to it unlike the muddy color and flavor of low quality green tea powder.
