In 2013, Asian Eye was accepted in two prestigious international associations - the Asean Association of Eye Hospitals (AAEH) and the World Association of Eye Hospitals (WAEH). Asian Eye participates in the AAEH’s joint benchmarking initiative to make sure that we offer services at par with the best in the ASEAN region. With only 23 member-hospitals, the WAEH recognizes centres of excellence worldwide, and Asian Eye is the only member invited from the Philippines.
