For more recipes na parang in-order sa labas, visit: www.maggi.ph Oystar Steamed Fish with Oyster Sauce 4-6 servings Ingredients: ½ kg fish fillet 1 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp calamansi juice 1g ginger 1pc onion 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 oz bottled water 2 tsp sugar 1 stalk scallion Procedure: 1. Coat fish with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, soy sauce and calamansi juice. 2. Scatter ginger, onion and garlic in a plate. Place marinated fish on top and steam for about 20 - 25 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reserve liquid accumulated on the plate. 3. Combine MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, water, sugar and liquid in a small pan and bring to simmer. Pour on top of the fish, garnish with scallions and serve.
