Ten years ago on 11-11-11, we opened our first Yabu restaurant. Our founder, John Concepcion, was sitting in a little Katsu restaurant under the train station in 2006 when the idea grew of opening a dish specific katsu restaurant, (something that manila didn’t have at the time) here we are 10 years later.
