#LANDBANKClientAdvisory ADVISORY TO CLIENTS OF THE FORMER UCPB Relative to the migration of former United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) systems to LANDBANK’s systems that started last 09 July 2022, the following services will be discontinued/affected once your account has been converted: ◼️ Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) for Citibank Credit Cards ◼️ UCPB online platform - UCPB clients with internet banking access will be automatically enrolled in LANDBANK’s iAccess and will receive an advisory on their log-in credentials. ◼️ UCPB Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) facilities will still be available to accept payments for Citibank Credit Cards and Loans. ◼️ Over-the-Counter (OTC) payments in former UPCB branches that have already been converted to LANDBANK branches will no longer be available. However, you may continue to avail of this facility in former UCPB branches that have not yet been converted. You may view the list of branches through the UCPB website (www.ucpb.com). NOTE: OTC payments via LANDBANK branches are not available. We encourage accountholders enrolled in these facilities to utilize other available payment channels for your credit card and loan payments such as the LANDBANK iAccess, Mobile Banking App (MBA), ATMs, or via OTC in former UCPB branches that have not yet been converted to LANDBANK branches.
