YOU FORGET THAT LIFE IS NOT PERMANENT. WE WILL ALL LEAVE THIS BODY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO TAKE TIME TO HEAL. TAKE TIME TO APPRECIATE THIS LIFE. THIS IS WHERE NATURE CAN COME IN. Close your eyes and smell the roses. Listen to every sound. Walk in the forest without your phone. The energies of nature can heal you, you just gotta stay present. Enjoy this life. Let nature heal you emotionally and physically. Nature is good for our health reduce migraine and severe headaches, lower blood pressure, increase our pain threshold, improve mood and self-esteem, calm us down and help us deal with stress, decrease depression, anger, anxiety, hostility and frustration, help us concentrate, think more clearly and learn new things.
