A minimum purchase of P1,000 single-receipt, regardless of the total amount made in any of the merchants of Festival Mall (Alabang), Fora Mall (Tagaytay) and Main Square (Bacoor). b. A minimum purchase of four (4) cinema tickets from Festival Cinemas (Festival Mall) or Fora Cinema (Fora Mall Tagaytay). Two (2) stubs will serve as your raffle entries and the other two (2) as participant’s copies. Each raffle entry may only win once (1x). A customer can only win one (1) Consolation Raffle Prize OR one (1) Major Raffle Prize. Once a customer has won, all his/her remaining entries are forfeited. Receipts used for ongoing promos will not be honored. 6. Prizes are not convertible to cash or any other item. 7. Prizes are transferable provided that the winner will submit a written endorsement letter, together with a photocopy of their two (2) government-issued ID cards with specimen signatures to Corporate Marketing Department. The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prize. 8. Lifemalls Corporate Marketing Team with a representative from DTI will determine the winners on January 20, 2023 (Friday), 5:00 PM at the Upper Ground Floor Carousel Court, Festival Mall Alabang. Announcement of winners will be posted on the same day, Friday, January 20, 2023, through Facebook over the following Lifemalls pages: Festival Mall, Fora Mall, and Main Square Bacoor. 9. Lifemalls by Filinvest will connect with the winner via registered mail, email, and call upon verification of their win with the instructions on how to claim their prize. 10. Awarding will be documented at the Upper Ground Floor, Carousel Court (Car Winner) and Corporate Marketing Office, Lower Ground Floor (Consolation Prize Winners) of Festival Mall. 11. For the car prize, prior to the actual awarding, insurance and LTO registration fees must be settled by the winner. Failure to do so may delay the actual release of the prize. 12. Redemption of the prizes must be within 60 days upon receipt of registered notice. To claim the prize, the winner must present two government-issued ID cards and the registered notice at the Corporate Marketing Department located at Admin C, Lower Ground Floor, Expansion Wing, Festival Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. 13. By joining the raffle: a. Each participant grants Lifemalls by Filinvest permission to use their complete name, email, entries, and photo in perpetuity, for marketing and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. b. Each participant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Lifemalls by Filinvest’s affiliate and subsidiary companies, the Facebook platform, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, executives, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in their participation or in the use or misuse of any prize that shall be won. c. Customer hereby agrees that the requirements, rules, and terms and conditions are read and understood as stipulated. 14. Lifemalls by Filinvest, affiliate, and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchant ability of the prize and disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the downloading of information or materials connected with competition. 15. Lifemalls by Filinvest has the right to adjust the herein aforesaid rules as it deems fit depending on the situation during the raffling of the prizes and upon prior approval of DTI, to ensure efficiency and continued fair play. 16. Employees of Lifemalls by Filinvest, its merchants, its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
