Savorventure Chicken Sisig 6 servings Ingredients: ½ kg chicken thigh 1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 clove garlic 2 pcs red onion 1 pc sili 1 pc green finger chili 3 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Classic 6 pcs calamansi 1/8 tsp ground pepper 1 tbsp toasted garlic 1 tbsp spring onion 100g chicken liver Procedure: 1) Season chicken and liver (optional) separately with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Coat with oil and grill until golden brown. Set aside. 2) Coarsely chop chicken and liver. Add garlic, onion, sili, green finger chili, MAGGI® Savor, calamansi juice, and pepper. Mix well. 3) Preheat a sizzling plate. Add sisig, garnish with toasted garlic and spring onion and serve immediately.
