The Opening Ceremonies of the Nationwide S&T Promotion and Exhibit in SM City Lipa. DOST-CALABARZON Regional Director, Ms. Emelita P. Bagsit, DOST-TAPI Supervising Science Research Specialist, Ms. Eileen S. Fernando, DOST-Batangas Provincial Director, Ms. Felina C. Malabanan, SM City Lipa's Mall Manager, Engr. Dominador Mauhay, Jr., led the opening program. The exhibit is a collaborative effort of DOST and SM Supermalls to fulfill its mandate and social responsibility to bring science closer to the people. SM Supermalls has agreed to provide a venue where the DOST can feature its latest technologies, creating awareness among the general public about the DOST programs and services including initiatives plus accomplishments.
