Starting tomorrow, October 18, outbound travelers may now directly book their appointment at 3/F Venice Grand Canal via https://icv.boq.ph Follow below guidelines: • Upon registration, you will be required to provide details indicated on your vaccination cards and passport. • Upload a copy of your valid identification card or a certification from the local government unit which administered your vaccines. • A documentary fee of P300 and a convenience fee of P70 shall be paid through different payment channels, including credit/debit card, cash via payment centers, e-money and online banking. • Appointment status may then be viewed through the Bureau of Quarantine’s Online Booking System. 👉 Strictly no walk-ins.
