We are looking for a Travel Ambassador to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customer feel welcome in our store will stand out. He/She will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolved potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, they will ensure that... the customers leave our store satisfied and they will contribute to the store profitability. Job Responsibilities: Achieve Store sales target. Welcome and greet the customer. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Answer customers question about specific products features, benefit and advantages. Ensure racks are fully stocked, proper stock arrangement and store cleanliness. Inform customer about discount and special offer. Provide customer feedback to the head of operation. Stay up to date with the new products. Proper product inventories, taking care of all item/cash and merchandise in the store. Determine to achieve the customer needs and wants. Ensure safety and care of store by timely display and its proper visual presentation. Perform cash handling(cashiering) and floor sales representation. Execute daily perpetual inventory count and reconciliation if there is variances. Maintain proper posture and presentable appearance. Qualifications: Flexible person can work under pressure and less supervision. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Understanding of retail and sales mall operation with track record of achieving sales target, knowledge in inventory stocking procedures. Ability to perform in a fast- paced environment, familiarity with consumers behavior principles. Proven working experience in retail sales is preferred. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality. Team player, honest, responsible and reliable. Basic Administration skills. Can converse in English and Filipino Willing to work on different shifts and weekends. Willing to be reassigned within Metro Manila Contract length: 5 months
