BE PART OF OUR HOP INN ORTIGAS TEAM ✨ We're looking for Front Office Associates who have exceptional customer service skills to join our soon to open Hop Inn Ortigas branch. Job Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests while providing exceptional service - Assist in blocking of rooms for reservations - Check-in and process guest check-outs and make sure that everything is settled by the guest - Answer all guests inquiries and requests and give appropriate responses in a timely manner including inquiries in email and phone calls - Perform cashiering tasks - Receive letters/parcels/documents - Maintain and update guest records - Cooperate with all other departments for guest concerns - Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared well ahead of time prior to guests’ arrival and safekeeping - Report to Front Office Supervisor or Manager to communicate daily functions - Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably Hotel & Restaurant Management or Tourism - Fresh graduates may apply - Proficient in English (oral & written) - Excellent customer service skills - Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City - Willing to work on shifting schedule/graveyard/holidays - (7) Full-time positions available
