  1. Receives assignments and side duties as given by the Team Leader or Supervisor. 2. Completes mise en place and side duties before the prescribed time. 3. Sets up respective stations with the necessary things needed. 4. Works in close coordination with the kitchen and updates out of stock items. 5. Assists in the dining area by performing the function of a food server: offering food and beverage items from the menu, upsells when appropriate, serves their order on time and attends to their needs. 6. Primarily responsible for welcoming the guest to the outlet, seats them and presents to them the menu. 7. Entertains inquiries and reservations and books them accordingly. 8. Pre-plots table reservations based on number of guests, seating preferences and other pertinent information given. 9. Updates the Team Leader or Supervisor on reservations and walk in guests received, as well as response to any promotions being offered. 10. Records availment of complimentary meals as specified in the room packages such as complimentary breakfast buffet, lunch or cocktails. 11. Request for complimentary birthday cakes or amenities as needed.
