CBS winning streak continues! For the fourth consecutive year, CBS China Bank Savings has been hailed Top Finance Partner of PHirst Park Homes Inc. The trophy—“in recognition of (CBS’) golden performance"—was presented to the CBS Housing Loans Division at the 24K Pure As Gold-themed Tribute held at the Gallio Events Hall in ASEANA City, Parañaque. CBS successfully booked P2.3 billion in home loans with the mid-income market developer in 2022, outstripping the performance of several of the country's leading and bigger banks. CBS first captured the top PPHI lender award in the 2020 sales campaign. To date, PHirst Park Homes has launched 10 communities in seven provinces spanning over 150 hectares. The company, which caters to the middle market, announced the development of its new townships in Batulao, Batangas and in Hermosa, Bataan. CBS has successfully loaned to over 4,000 homebuyers in these communities since the start of the partnership in 2017.
