It always starts with an idea. Inspired by traditions and local ingredients, we create unique experiences to share our philosophy and to brings you on a journey. Just like this special dish that we developed using fermented broth from whey, we combined lacto fermented jicama and pure pear juice to balance the fermentation and the acidity with our favorite Ulang Prawn, sweet peas, and basil.
