For the first installment of our #MilkyWayStories, we tell the story of our famous, best-selling halo-halo. The Milky Way Halo-Halo is a big deal. Every ingredient that goes into the Milky Way Halo-Halo (with exception of the evaporated milk) is made in-house. Sweet Red and White Beans, Macapuno (from Laguna), Red Kaong, Ube Halaya, Sweet Saba, Leche Flan, Milky Way Ube Ice Cream, Toasted Pinipig, and finely shaved ice are all lovingly prepared in small batches at the Milky Way Arnaiz Avenue Kitchens by our staff, some of whom have been with us since our opening in 1962.
