Here's Ooma's new Pork Katsu Hot Plate, which serves up a satisfyingly meaty panko-and-nori breaded pork cutlet with a fresh cabbage slaw. Each bold bite can be dipped into two kinds of sauces: a familiar tonkatsu sauce made with mustard and honey, and a tangy lime-basil aioli which adds a little more zing. Can be shared but also devoured solo. The new Pork Katsu Hot Plate is available for dine-in at your nearest Ooma outpost, or for delivery on momentfood.com, GrabFood, Pick-A-Roo, or foodpanda.
