NEVER FROZEN Kitayama Wagyu! We have a few slabs of Full Blood Wagyu aging in our chillers. They are dry-aged for 28 days. They are expected to arrive by the 1st week of November to be shipped via air. Available cuts are Grade 4 of Prime Rib, Porterhouse and T-bone.
