Night Auditor is responsible for attending overnight guests' concerns, check- ins and settling payment transactions of the guest (cash/ credit card payment) from the day shift. Checking late arrivals and taking reservations (walk in, phone calls, social media or email). The night auditor reconciles all the accounts, processes the invoices and updates the system. Checking facilities and rooms for daily flash reports. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent in written and verbal communication Familiar in Front Office software Excellent in administrative work Availability to work overnight Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field 1-2 years experience in the Front Office
