Argia Global Link Inc (Wanderskye) is looking for a project-based Sales Associate for immediate hiring JOB SCOPE o Greet customers when they arrive at the store and ask if they need assistance o Provide customers with information on products that they are looking for and where to find them. Demonstrate product features and provide customers with information on an item may be used. o Process sales transactions at the POS (point-of-sale) counter o Conduct physical inventory and submit reports as required (daily, monthly basis) o Cater to customers’ complaints and relay any serious complaints to the store oic and to supervisor o Suggest upsell items to customers based on the items they have chosen o Maintaining the visual merchandise of the store (stocks, replenishments, displays) o Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support o Submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis or as instructed by Management o Coordination with the supervisor for stock replenishments and deliveries especially during promotions/ events o Balance cash machines at the end of each shift and ensure that any discrepancies are managed immediately. o Daily remittance of Sales through bank deposit. o Maintenance of Kiosk- cleaning and inventory • Give ideas regarding offers to boost sales • Maintain accurate records for sales which help in deriving the right figures • Handling of Cash and POS transactions including credit card transaction. • Replenishment of stocks on a weekly basis. QUALIFICATIONS: • Sales experience in retail is an advantage. • Flexible in store location duty (rotations might be done as per instruction of Management). • Can work well under pressure. • Quick and fast learner- product knowledge • Able to converse well with foreigners • Punctual-no habitual lates and absences • Leadership and team player skills • Honest and possesses integrity at the workplace • Has the initiative in performing tasks • Knowledgeable in making reports (daily sales reports, physical inventory tracking, monthly reports) • Good oral and written communication skills • Knowledge on using POS system both through cash and credit card transactions is an advantage but not required. • Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel), sending email reports
