For fans who purchased online, your New Frontier ticket will be voided and a new electronic ticket for the Smart Araneta Coliseum show will be emailed to you. For fans who bought thru Box Office and Outlet/s, your New Frontier ticket must be surrendered at the Ticketnet Box Office and your new ticket will be issued in exchange.
