#Repost @mnlfoodgirl • • • • • • PREMIER THE SAMGYUPSAL (various branches all over the Metro) As much as I love doing KBBQ at home, I’m lazy and so, the hassle of washing every single dish (and you know there’s a lot) set on the table for the spread gets to me. I’ve actually been a silent fan of this place. I’ve only gotten to try their food out during the pandemic to curb my K-Food cravings! Usually, I order through Foodpanda and they’re always on discount. I’ve also been to their place itself once — I also enjoyed but that’s another story! My favorite offerings from Premier are their Dosirak options. Dosirak means lunchbox in Korean, so we’re supposed to expect a full meal and boy, did they deliver! You get the ff for as low as ₱298 (YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY!): • A full container of 9 banchans / side dishes - some are good, some are okay, some I can pass on, but yes, 9! • 180 grams of Meat - In my case, I got Samgyupsal and additional tray of Beef Bulgogi (₱150) • Soup - I think this is Doenjang Jjigae, it had chunks of Beef in it • Kimchi Fried Rice - You have the option to add another serving for a minimal fee • Cheese and Dips - Complete set of Ssamjang, Sesame Oil + S&P, Cheeeeese and another sauce I don’t usually gravitate towards. • Lettuce! - which I forgot to take a photo of. They give a generous serving. I usually order additional meat since I can easily share this with someone else but also, what I normally do is I reheat my leftovers and eat them for another meal or 2! The marinades of the meat are really good and not overly sweet. The way they cook it is over charcoal since I can taste the smokey flavor when I eat the meat! This is best enjoyed in a large Ssam or wrap! This isn’t sponsored or anything, I’m just a really a huge fan (not silent anymore)! Their food is sulit especially for the price, serving and taste!
