JOB SUMMARY The Content Manager is primarily tasked with creating, editing, and ideating content for all the digital platforms, and contributing to the digital strategy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Collaborates with the team to ideate plan and develop content 2. Create, write, edit, proofread and publish engaging content 3. Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets 4. Ensure brand consistency in voice and tone 5. Brand Community Building 6. Optimize content according to SEO 7. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic 8. Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board 9. Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection) 10. Stay up-to-date with developments in the industry and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention 11. Expands his/her skill set through participation in conferences, workshops, classes or talks required by the management. 12. Responsible for researching, creating, executing, assuring quality, quality control of the campaigns executed
