Pacifica Homes ties up with CBS China Bank Savings Pacifica Homes Development Corp. (PHDC), the property arm of leading food manufacturer Century Pacific Group Inc. has signed on retail lender CBS China Bank Savings to make CBS Home Loans accessible to buyers in the affordable housing market. Buyers of Hamana Homes Magalang in Pampanga can now apply for loan, with less stringent process, through this partnership. PHDC, which caters to nesters or starting families, made its first dip into the real estate sector in Pampanga with the launch of the 15-hectare Hamana Homes Magalang.
