Around 200 packages will normally take a whole day for their staff to finish encoding. When we increased our shipping volume, there were days when it could no longer be accommodated due to lack of supplies (LBC pouch and boxes) and caused delays on our shipping timing (and in turn, frustrated our customers). This was no longer the case when we were provided our own corporate account :) We are given the supplies we need in advance and could request pickup anytime in our office/warehouse.
