Grand Hyatt Manila's Executive Pastry Chef, Nicolas Vergnole, together with Cluizel Paris' World Pastry Champion of 2011 WorldSkills Competition, Alexis Bouillet, have collaborated to create a masterpiece featuring Cluizel's fine chocolates, exclusively for The Peak Grill. Be the first to try our new Dark Chocolate Praline Choux. The Peak Grill is open every Tuesday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Prior reservation is required.
