A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term advertising techniques. This role requires being adept at enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company’s website and generating sales leads. A digital marketing manager oversees the marketing team and provides support in several areas, such as identifying and testing new digital platforms and tools, using web analytics tools to monitor site traffic, optimising marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and digital advertising, and tracking consumers’ purchase behaviour. Responsibilities include: - Creating marketing materials - Conceptualising and developing digital marketing campaigns - Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence - Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed - Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing - Distributing marketing materials - Creating and managing digital communication such as weekly mailers, social media accounts, Viber community, text blasting, etc. - Tracking and reporting campaign performance Skills and experience: - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate - Managing processes and time - Self-motivated yet customer-focused - Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis - Able to develop budgets and familiar with financial planning and strategy - Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Google GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites), Facebook Creator Studio, Facebook Business, Google Ads, MailChimp Other details: - Required to work in the office.
