ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower (ACPT), the country's first and truly "green" building, was inaugurated on March 22, 2018. This crown jewel of ArthaLand, which also developed one of the top residential buildings in the country Arya Residences, is placed in a strategic location in Bonifacio Global City – a sprawling metropolis where business and pleasure intersect.

Entering ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower, the building lobby is wide and has a sense of openness to it with a foyer that is visually refreshing because of how well-lit it is with sunlight. Windows are arranged like serrated edges: a design choice that keeps all the heat out and all the sunlight in and provide adequate shading without adding structures.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) the architectural masters behind the world's tallest buildings and the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, ACPT is envisioned to be one of the most iconic buildings in the Philippine property landscape.

Green Building

ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is doing so much more to the environment than by just being “shiny”. It’s “green” and is a statement on bringing order through sustainability in an otherwise chaotic urban environment.

ACPT is doubly-certified by both the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), a globally recognized green building certification program devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Philippine Green Building Council's Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence Program (BERDE).

The Best in Asia

In November 2017, the Best Office Architectural Design for Asia was awarded to ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower in PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards held in Singapore.

The project also won the Best Green Development in the Philippines in the same competition. ArthaLand is one of only two developers from the country to receive an award from the Asia Property Awards 2017.

Commitment to Sustainability

Although Green Buildings are expensive to put up, there is a “Life Cycle” cost to it that ArthaLand stands by – where the cost may be extremely high upfront, the amount of efficiency overtime allows the building to function efficiently no matter how much it ages, hacking away at energy costs.

After all, providing for the basic human need of a place to inhabit that brings joy and comfort bears the value that is beyond any kind of investment return.
