Pop-rock icon and global recording superstar Avril Lavigne has announced that she will add Manila, Philippines to her highly anticipated Head Above Water World Tour in Asia. The eight-time Grammy-nominated singer will be back in Manila on May 20, 2020, at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City since her last concert tour in February 2014.

Head Above Water is Lavigne’s sixth studio album. The album’s eponymous lead single has been considered a Christian rock song and recalls her battle with Lyme disease.
