Cooking with Gata: Here’s How You Can Get Fresh Gata Without the ‘Piga’
by LoopMe Philippines

To officially launch the product to the market, Coco Mama Fresh Gata gathered members of the press to a fun-filled and educational event last October 23, 2019 at The Blue Leaf Pavillion in Taguig to showcase the new #CocoMamaFreshGata. There was even a “piga challenge station” to demonstrate how difficult it can be to piga or squeeze for fresh gata. Award-winning actress and now restaurateur Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo was also announced as Coco Mama’s new brand ambassador.

Proudly made in the Philippines using the country’s finest coconuts, every pack of Coco Mama Fresh Gata contains coconut cream made from freshly pressed coconuts. These coconuts are grated, pressed, and packed on the same day, ensuring you only get that “sarap ng unang piga” in every pack.

Use it for ginataang sitaw at kalabasa, chicken curry, adobo sa gata, and your other favorite gata dishes. You can also use it to make desserts and kakanin like ginataang bilo-bilo, maja blanca and ginataang mais. The possibilities are endless with Coco Mama Fresh Gata. In fact, storing gata is now a problem of the past, as every pack of Coco Mama Fresh Gata lasts longer than your usual “kinayod na gata”. Just store it in your pantry and enjoy it anytime!

Coco Mama Fresh Gata comes in two sizes – 200ml (PHP29.00), which is equivalent to one coconut, and 400ml (PHP60.00), which is equivalent to two coconuts. It is now available in supermarkets nationwide.

With the new Coco Mama Fresh Gata, you get that “sarap ng unang piga,” without the hassle. Who knew cooking gata dishes can be done this easily?
