After 20 years in the music industry, Ebe Dancel shares his love and passion for his work with his first-ever solo concert, accompanied by the Music String Machine on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Metrotent Convention Center in Pasig.

From his days with the band Sugarfree to his transition to performing as a solo artist, Ebe’s songs have been tugging heartstrings and emotions, as well as immersing audiences to movies and TV series he collaborated with.

“A dream..” Ebe describes what the concert would be in a word. He envisions it to feel intimate, whatever the size of the crowd might be. He wants his audience to be encapsulated within his 20 years of memories, making music and sharing happiness through his work, in one night.

The Manila String Machine is a cutting-edge string quartet and string orchestra composed of musicians who come from top music institutions. They have performed with Ebe multiple times and in various occasions: from intimate celebrations wherein they have been privately booked to ‘Dama: The Repeat,’ one of his earlier concerts as part of 3D together with Johnoy Danao and Bullet Dumas, and his digital concert series, ‘Atin Ang Gabi.’
