General’s Lechon offers 4 flavors: the original lechon, the negros-style lechon recipe refined to perfection using hints of salt and garlic that emphasizes and improves the flavor of pork; the garlic lechon, (the bestseller), which is infused with the essence of flavorful garlic and spices; the chili garlic lechon, which has the same ingredients as the garlic lechon but with a kick of hot chili; and the curry lechon, which is the original flavor but mixed with cumin and other spices, bringing out a taste to tickle your taste buds.

Aside from their popular selections, they also offer other dishes such as lechon paksiw. They also sell homemade atchara (pickled papaya and carrots) as well as vinegar to match your lechon!
