Homare Restaurant: Alabang’s New Spot for Authentic Japanese Grill

The Bellevue Manila, one of the most premier 5-star hotels in Alabang, recently upgraded their in-house Japanese restaurant and renamed it Homare, which means “glory” or “honor” that perfectly speaks of its grandeur and modern interior while preserving Japanese culinary tradition.

Homare Japanese Restaurant and Grill’s zen-inspired neutral ambience is a beautiful contrast to its colorful and delectable dishes. Wide glass panels, brass drop lights, sleek wooden furniture, and traditional art pieces sum up Homare’s minimalist aesthetics which, overall, adds a luxurious feel while enjoying sumptuous Japanese favorites.

The Homare Roll’s special sauce is a masterpiece itself as it’s made with Japanese mayo, doubanjiang, togarashi, mirin, and sake.
