In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, people are advised to stay at home and maintain social distance. While you can't attend a yoga session outside, YogaPlus used their social media platform to continuously share the practice to their patrons and to those who want to try yoga as well.
YogaPlus started doing their free online session last March 15, 2020, after the government has announced the Metro Manila-wide community quarantine. After seeing an overwhelming number of participants for the first few online sessions, they decided to conduct it on a daily basis at 4:00 PM. Their free online yoga class is now called YogaPlus Virtual Studio, with different styles of yoga conducted each day.
With the growing number of participants, YogaPlus has already released a schedule of their online yoga classes featuring different yoga styles to choose from.
