Valentine’s Day is no longer exclusive to romantic couples alone. Show some love for your favorite weekday lunch buddy, your partner-in-presentation, and the rest of your team on the 14th of February with Workbean’s ‘Tara, meryenda?.’
A treat for up to 20 people in the team, ‘Tara, meryenda?’ is a Facebook contest that aims to find the most heartwarming stories of teamwork in the workplace. Workbean is looking for amazing workplace stories about camaraderie to help job seekers and curious folks get a better understanding of their company’s culture through the stories of their people.
“I think we need more exposure on the happier bits at work. Sadly, we see a lot of work-related stress posts on social media and we just want to spread more good vibes to people this Valentine’s Day by showcasing stories of teamwork and friendship,” shares Kass Monzon, co-founder of Workbean.
“We hope that this contest encourages people to write more positive things about why they love their work because this is what Workbean is all about.”

- Like Workbean's Facebook page
- Snap a photo of you with your favorite colleagues, only one entry per team.
- Comment with your photo on Workbean’s pinned Facebook post, #MayForeverSaWorkbean, and include a caption on why you love working with your team. Don’t forget to include the hashtag #MayForeversaWorkbean and tag @Workbean in your comment.
The contest is open to all working professionals based in Metro Manila and will run from February 4 to 13, 2020.
The winning entry will be announced on February 13, 2020 at 12:00 NN and will be contacted via the mobile number and email address provided during the initial sign-up at Workbean.co. The meryenda treat will be delivered to the winning team’s office on February 14, 2020, Friday.
